LifeCALC FAQ (Page 1)        LifeCALC FAQ (Page 2)

What is LifeCALC?
LifeCALC is the only personal finance program that empowers you to easily calculate a plan to solve your competing financial goals AT THE SAME TIME.

What does it do?
LifeCALC relieves you of the staggering mathematical work that is required to solve your concurrent financial goals.  Additionally, it allows you to make changes, play "What if", and basically re-architect your LifePLAN as many times as you want.  Oh yeah, if your LifePLAN isn't feasible on first blush, LifeCALC will be more than happy to  give you suggestions you can use based upon limits you can set !

What doesn't it do?
LifeCALC doesn't balance your checkbook.  It doesn't tell you which stocks to buy.  It doesn't require you to read a manual just to use it, and, it doesn't take a degree in finance to understand it.

How does it work?
LifeCALC takes the small amount of information you enter describing only the significant financial components of your life (income, debt, investment, and goal info), and projects them out over a timeline you want to see.  Most importantly, it does this obeying the priorities you give your LifePLAN components (not just calculating everything in date order as if they all had the same importance to you).

Who should use LifeCALC?
LifeCALC is a personal finance tool that can help almost anyone who has MULTIPLE financial responsibilities.  With its ability to track/forecast so many financial items, LifeCALC is designed with the demands of FAMILY FINANCE in mind. Nonethless, INDIVIDUALS can harness its power as well.

How big of a LifePLAN can I create?
LifeCALC supports up to 25 financial components, spanning up to 50 years.

How do I use a LifeCALC Suggestion?
Merely click on the "Use Suggestion" button next to the suggestion that looks best to you.  LifeCALC takes care of the rest, recalculating your LifePLAN and showing you the results of using the suggestion.  Best of all, the suggestion doesn't become part of your LifePLAN unless you choose to save your LifePLAN afterwards.

How does LifeCALC make suggestions?
LifeCALC identifies (in order of priority - which you determine) the first LifePLAN component that isn't mathematically feasible.  It determines the shortfall, and shows you suggestions to solve the shortfall that are within the solving criteria (that you can set).
